Analisa Ricauda Limonino was born on 27/01/1975 in Ivrea; after a normal scholar career, at the age of 22 she decided to “leave all she had”, including the course in natural sciences she was attending at university of Padova, to move definitively in Sardinia, place she had fallen in love with during many summer holidays.
She started with seasonal jobs (6 months in Sardinia and 6 on the mountains), doing different experiences: as a shop-assistant, as a barman...
One fine day she happened to find herself in Isola dei Gabbiani (Palau), where she sees a bar-truck called “Gnam-Gnam” which she decided to buy. Since 2002, together with 5 employees, she has been leading this new working experience, which led her to owning the most cheerful and efficient little bar in Porto Pollo, the beach which is famous worldwide for surfing.
We are therefore proud to grant the AMBITION Award to Analisa Ricauda Limonino
