Rules of procedure for the contest with prizes:
The users registered into the site AMBITIONWORLD.IT will send images of any nature any subject (but that respect the rules of sending) containing references to AMBITION ( objects, logo or AMBITION writings)in format file jpg (Jpeg) trough the tool SEND YOUR PICTURE in the area My AMBITION in this site.
The only images that will be valid to take part to the contest are those where the AMBITION references are clear.

THE AMBITION FRAME, PUT AROUND A GENERIC PICTURE, IS NOT ENOUGH TO CONSIDER THE IMAGE VALID FOR THE CONTEST

Whoever wishes will be able to download the AMBITION graphic elements in order to print, change and personalize them and use them in their creation using the tool DOWNLOAD AMBITION GRAPHICS on the site.
The images will be saved in the memory system of the site and will be pre selected by the personnel of the site, and then published in order to be voted by other users. The voting rate is based on three numerical criteria: number of visits, single votes and comments received.
The total of these numbers will be the final vote, named AMB points and that value will decide the position of the image on the top-ten.

How the vote is calculated:
- Single Visits
Value: 20 points each visit
Every user (even if not registered) will be able to view the images in the contest. For “single visits” we mean only the first time that a user visualizes the image . Even if the page is “refreshed”, the system will take into consideration only the first visit.

- Single Votes (5 to 9 votes)
Values: 5=50 points ; 6= 60 points; 7=70 points ; 8=80 points; 9=90 points
Only the users who are regularly registered into the system can give their vote to the image choosing a numerical value between 5 ( value of minimal appreciation) and 9(value of maximum appreciation). The owners of the picture can not vote for their own image.

- Comments Received
Value: 150 points each comment
Only the users who are regularly registered can leave a comment under the images . With Comments we mean sentences or phrases that explain the reason of the choice of the picture or that comment its artistical or technical features. Comments that do not concern the pictures, advertising or contrasting the ethics of the site will not be considered and in the worst cases will be completely removed. Comments or replies to comments written by the owner of the image will not be counted.

Any try to “force” these rules or the AMBITION data system aiming to raise the score of a picture with fraud will lead to the immediate cancelling of all the pictures of the username from the contest and, in worst cases, the cancelling of the access to the site.

Every user that takes part to the contest can not win more than one prize per contest; if that should happen, the prize will be give to the picture at the next place in the general classification.

The winners will be informed through an e mail sent to the address written in the registration schedule.

- How to take part to the contest
If you take part to the contest you silently agree totally and without conditions to the rules and the clauses written in this rulement, without any condition.

- Prizes

1) FIRST Classified - an AMBITION t-shirt “V.I.P. style”, white with fluorescent logo (sizes and models available: Man sizes L and XL, woman sizes S and M)

2) SECOND Classified - a necklace, model “ambition SIGN”

3) THIRD Classified - a pack of AMBITION bracelets, “B-CODE”, reversible and fluorescent. Every pack contains 2 B-CODE bracelets.

The prizes can not be changed into money or anything else.
The prizes will be sent through ordinary mail at the address written in the personal profile.
IT IS THEREFORE ESSENTIAL TO CHECK AND UPDATE THE PERSONAL PROFILE OF THE AMBITION SITE WITH CORRECT DATA , or you’ll risk not to receive the prize in case of victory.

- Rules concerning the sending of the images:
- The images is in your property (you made it and you keep the absolute rights over it)
- You give to the site AMBITIONWORLD.IT all the rights to publish and use the image for an indeterminate amount of time, on any multimedia platform, at present and in the future.
- You entirely accept the rules of the site AMBITIONWORLD.IT

IT IS NOT ALLOWED:
- To send images containing porn, religious, political, anti-Semite references or whatever else is a violation of Italian law.
- To send images with people inferior to the age of 18
- To send images of people who have not authorized you to publish their image (we suggest you to tell your friends and, in case, the photographer)

YOU’RE AWARE AND YOU ACCEPT WITH NO ECCEPTIONS THAT:
- The owner of the site can , in any moment, under his inopposeable evaluation delete the pictures or messages that he considers not proper
- In any case the owner of the site will not be considered guilty and responsible for eventual violations of thr rule or of third party’s rights
